IVF Twins: What Are the Odds? / Kristyn's VBAC Story / Magnesium for Endometriosis Relief?
Plus, Period Baskets Are Trending
Hey friend,
When I first started IVF, I — like so many others — couldn’t help but wonder: Will I have twins? The idea felt exciting, but I had no clue what the real odds were — or the risks that came with it. If you’ve ever been curious about how common IVF twins actually are (or how the process has changed over the years), we break it all down in our latest article here.
But here’s the thing — every fertility journey is different. Mine led me to twins through IVF and, against the odds, a VBAC delivery with my son in December. It was the most healing, empowering experience — one I never thought was possible after years of infertility and loss. I opened up about it all on the latest episode of From First Period to Last Period, and if VBAC is on your mind, I hope you’ll give it a listen.
Wherever you are in your journey, I see you. I hope this helps you feel a little more informed — and a little more hopeful.
With love,
Kristyn
